Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Project Engineer to join our team at Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD. As a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer, you will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to clients' needs both on and off site
  • Service projects from start to finish
  • Quoting clients' job requirements and seeking approval
  • Developing client relationships and ensuring project continuation
  • On-site management, including coordination and supervision of tradesmen
  • Managing resources in line with project budget and controlling costs
  • Ensuring clients' expectations of quality are met
  • Maintaining Health & Safety requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Project Engineer/client-facing position
  • Mechanical/industry experience essential
  • Industry knowledge of steam, chilled water, and compressed air desirable but not essential
  • Process Pipe work experience is essential
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, design ability, and Microsoft Office
  • Either IOSH or NEBOSH qualified
  • Commutable distance to Slough
  • Full UK Driving License

Benefits:

  • Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 dependent upon experience
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 6pm (40 hour working week)
  • 28 days holiday including bank holiday
  • Pension
