We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to the primary care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
- Work closely with the regional nursing, operational, and GP teams to ensure all targets are met in line with current guidelines and standards within national service frameworks.
- Act as a deputy to the Regional Lead Nurse and provide support to ensure a high level of quality and standards at all times.
- Implement and monitor clinical aspects, demonstrating clinical excellence in conjunction with the site clinical lead.
- Assist with the implementation of nursing and ACHP redesign and quality strategies to ensure a high-quality nursing and AHCP team.
- First-level UK registered nurse or registered AHCP with at least 2 years post-qualified experience.
- Non-medical Prescriber.
- Demonstrates sound evidence of academic links.
- Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and managing nursing teams.
- Understanding of the Lead Role.
- Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
