This is a permanent opportunity.
The consultancy boasts several planning divisions across the UK, including a robust team in London comprising 20 Planners, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
In this position, you will represent a diverse array of clients, including residential developers, investment firms, and commercial enterprises, focusing on various projects such as mixed-use developments, urban renewal, retail, residential, industrial, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive planning research and inquiries
- Prepare detailed reports and planning submissions
- Facilitate the coordination of project teams and engage with local authorities and stakeholders.
Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who possess:
- A passion for writing, coupled with exceptional communication skills to articulate planning arguments effectively;
- A demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, guiding the team's workload and overseeing projects efficiently;
