Employment Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Advisor to join our team at Seetec Business Technology Centre. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to overcome barriers to employment and achieve their career goals.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a caseload of referred customers, providing guidance and support to help them overcome employment barriers.
- Conduct in-depth assessments to understand customers' circumstances, preferences, and barriers to employment.
- Achieve high-quality customer service standards and meet performance targets.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery.
- Good working knowledge of the local labour market.
- GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
- Fully IT literate in using Microsoft Office programmes and modern digital technologies.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment and delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
- Competitive salary range £26,500 to £29,545 p.a. (dependent on experience).
- 25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays + Birthday Day off (with the opportunity to buy additional days).
