Key Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of German accounts, ensuring timely and effective credit control.
- Review customer credit limits and recommend appropriate action to maintain a healthy credit risk profile.
- Exercise discretion and judgment in debt collection, utilizing phone and written communication to chase overdue debt.
- Take necessary action to recover debt, including issuing 7-day legal notices and passing debt to senior credit controllers for further action.
- Liaise with customers and management to resolve queries and ensure swift collection of debt.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Excel to manage credit control processes and maintain accurate records.
