The North West London Integrated Care Board is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Primary Care Improvement team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Director of Nursing for Primary Care and the Senior Quality Improvement Lead in achieving sustained improvements in quality of care, patient safety, and patient experience within primary care.
Main Duties of the JobThe post holder will be responsible for supporting the quality assurance mechanisms to achieve sustained improvements in quality of care, patient safety, and patient experience within primary care. This will involve working closely with colleagues across North West London and other Integrated Care Boards to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will also be responsible for matrix working with colleagues across North West London and other ICBs.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Director of Nursing for Primary Care and the Senior Quality Improvement Lead in achieving sustained improvements in quality of care, patient safety, and patient experience within primary care.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with colleagues across North West London and other ICBs.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build good working relationships and achieve quality improvement goals.
- Matrix work with colleagues across North West London and other ICBs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to build good working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. The post holder will also need to be able to demonstrate attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
