Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers, responding to their needs and enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Build and maintain product knowledge to ensure you can deal with every type of customer enquiry, including new products and brands.

Requirements:
