Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Estate Agent Sales Negotiator to join our team at Allied Healthcare. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers: Build strong relationships with clients, manage customer inquiries, and provide timely responses to their needs.
- Viewing management: Utilize our company's system to book viewings, ensuring seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Customer records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, updating our system with relevant information.
- Accompanied viewings: Conduct accompanied viewings with clients, identifying their needs and preferences.
- Second viewings and offers: Encourage second viewings and negotiate buyer offers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our clients.
- Viewing feedback: Enter customer viewing feedback into our system, providing valuable insights for future improvements.
- Marketing new stock: Promote new properties on all available media channels, showcasing our listings to a wider audience.
- Negotiation and agreement: Negotiate and agree buyer offers, ensuring smooth transactions and customer satisfaction.
- Administrative records: Maintain accurate and organized administrative records, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is advantageous.
- Communication skills: Strong communication skills, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- IT skills: Solid IT skills, with proficiency in using our company's system and other relevant software.
- Organizational skills: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
