Challenge-trg Group is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and chase Proof of Delivery for deliveries made via our fleet and hauliers.
  • Arrange daily perpetual inventory counts for multi-contracts.
  • Reconcile stock discrepancies resulting from Perpetual Inventory.
  • Investigate potential picking errors.
  • Maintain controls for returned and damaged stock.
  • Effective communication of issues with both internal departments and external customs.
  • The ability to prioritize work duties within a busy environment.
  • Perform daily system hygiene checks.
  • Clear communication of shift hand-over duties.
  • Expedite unresolved matters within a sensible time frame.

Requirements:

  • Numerate and inquisitive.
  • Preferred experience of SAP LES.
  • Excellent organization skills and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to change and learn new skills and techniques.
  • Scissor lift trained preferred but not essential (training will be given).
  • Effective Team Player with good written and oral communication.
  • Financial Awareness.
  • Microsoft Skills, Excel, Word, Outlook, Basic to intermediate level.
  • Flexible approach to working hours.
