Job Description

Job Title: Trainee Recruitment Consultant

Location: Morgan Prestwich Reigate, Surrey Offices

Industry: Life Science Industries – Biotech/Biopharma/Medical Device and Manufacturing

Geographic focus: Europe, US, APAC

Travel: Internationally circa 4 weeks spread per annum

Remuneration: Base salary + commission + pension + healthcare + Life Assurance

About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated New Business Development Recruitment Consultants to build relationships with clients around the world. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Building a desk of new clients across multiple market sectors
  • Working on attained resourcing projects, identifying and engaging with key aligned talent in global markets
  • Proven abilities and credentials in Business Development / Sales or the right business acumen and credentials to work in Life Sciences recruitment
  • Account management capabilities, business retention and growth
  • Prior experience recruiting for the Biotech/Biopharma/Start-Up or Devices and Manufacturing sectors within Pharmaceuticals – Advantageous but not a necessity
  • Positions also open to proven sales professionals with no prior direct recruitment experience

  • Relative Microsoft office abilities – WORD/Excel/PowerPoint/TEAMS
  • Familiarity with candidate/client database management systems - Advantageous
  • Use of online resourcing/marketing and business sourcing platforms

Additional Requirements:

We are open to applications across UK – Nation Wide. Additional Languages – Not essential but highly interested to also engage with those who hold full proficiency in either: German / French / Spanish / Portuguese
