About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tuition Consultant to join our team at Supporting Education Group AO. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in recruiting and deploying educators within a geographical region to provide education programs for our clients within local authorities and schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and deploy educators to provide education programs for clients
  • Work closely with our Business Development team to market and sell tuition services and educators to clients
  • Manage a busy sales desk and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and educators
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Education sector background or experience
  • Tuition and/or school educator experience desirable but not essential
  • Customer service experience desirable but not essential
  • Previous experience managing a busy sales desk desirable but not essential
  • Strong passion for education and the difference it can make in the world
  • Good knowledge of the education sector
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to work independently with high levels of personal motivation and drive
  • Ability to multi-task and work both proactively and reactively
  • Good commercial acumen
