About the Role

Fleet Education Services, part of the Supporting Education Group, is a leading provider of supplementary and alternative education services. We're seeking a Tuition Consultant to join our team, playing a key role in recruiting and deploying educators to provide education programs for our clients within local authorities and schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and deploy educators within a geographical region to provide education programs for clients.
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to market and sell tuition services and educators to clients.
  • Meet the needs of both educators and clients, contributing to Fleet Education Services' commitment to supporting national tutoring efforts for disadvantaged children.
Requirements
  • Education sector background or experience.
  • Tuition and/or school educator experience desirable but not essential.
  • Customer service experience desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience managing a busy sales desk desirable but not essential.
  • A strong passion for education and its impact.
  • Good knowledge of the education sector.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with high levels of personal motivation and drive.
  • Ability to multi-task and work proactively and reactively.
  • Good commercial acumen.
  • Business management mindset.
  • Well-organized and good time management.
