Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Sodexo in Derry. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our corporate colleagues and clients.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a high-volume setting
  • Professional cookery or culinary qualifications
  • Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise tasks
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and hygiene standards

Package Details:

  • 8:00pm-3:00am Shift Pattern: Week 1-Fri,Sat Sun, Mon & Thurs -3 5hrs & Week 2 - Tues & Wed - 14hrs
  • 25 hours per week
