Job Title: Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at City of Derry Airport, Derry/Londonderry. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to meet the needs of our customers
  • Manage kitchen inventory, including ordering and stocking of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve excellent customer service and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance culinary skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar leadership role within a culinary team
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred
  • Basic food hygiene certificate and knowledge of HACCP regulations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
