We are seeking experienced and compassionate individuals to join our Relief Pool as Relief Support Practitioners in Fife. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you will provide vital support to our teams and the people we support, helping to cover short or long-term planned and unplanned absences or gaps in our rotas.

We work in partnership with individuals, families, and other organizations to enable people to live the lives they choose while developing their own independence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide support to individuals with complex needs, helping them to improve their well-being, quality of life, and day-to-day living skills.
  • Assist individuals to participate in work, learning, and leisure activities of their choosing, and to maintain social connections.
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to ensure that individuals receive consistent and high-quality support.
  • Share your availability and preferences with our managers, who will factor this into their planning and utilize your strengths, skills, or interests to best support individuals.

What Shifts are Available?

Relief Support Practitioners can work across various teams in Fife, supporting individuals on a 24/7 basis. You can choose to work in a home that is close to your own for ease of travel, or work across multiple locations. As a Relief Support Practitioner, you can share your availability and preferences in advance with our managers, who will then factor this into their planning.
