Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Brendoncare Alton. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Named Nurse for a group of residents, ensuring their individual needs are met and their care plans are up-to-date.
- Update and contribute to care plans, working collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Organise and supervise the work of the Care Team, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Assist in the induction and orientation of new members of the Care Team, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Act as a mentor and undertake teaching of carers and students, sharing your expertise and knowledge to enhance the skills of others.
