Night Nurse

We are seeking to hire dedicated Band 5 nurses for our inpatient wards at Alton Community Hospital. Our Anstey and Inwood Wards are 20-bedded rehabilitation units that work collaboratively as a nurse and therapy-led team with medical oversight from a Consultant Practitioner and full Multi-Disciplinary Team.

This is an exciting time to join our team, as we work towards an integrated approach that recognizes the vital role community hospitals play in supporting the 'home first' approach and collaborating with acute trusts and adult service colleagues.

As a registered nurse, you will contribute to delivering high-standard patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care without direct supervision. You will be part of a newly established organization, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust, which brings together expertise from across mental health, learning disabilities, community, and physical health services.
