Deals Tax Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager - London Big 4

Location: London

Our client, a leading Big 4 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager to join their M&A Tax team in London. In this role, you will work on due diligence and business model optimization for private equity and corporate clients.

You will be responsible for working on a wide range of deals, from small venture capital transactions to large mergers and acquisitions, as well as de-mergers. If you have strong Transfer Pricing experience from an accountancy practice environment and are looking to join a fast-paced deals environment, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for clients
  • Conduct due diligence on clients' transfer pricing policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement transfer pricing strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality transfer pricing services

Requirements:

  • Strong transfer pricing experience from an accountancy practice environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
