Deals Tax Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager - London Big 4

Location: London

Type: Permanent

Our client, a leading Big 4 firm, is seeking a highly skilled Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager to join their M&A Tax team in London. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for working on due diligence and business model optimization for private equity and corporate clients.

You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of deals, from small venture capital transactions to large mergers and acquisitions, as well as de-mergers. If you have strong Transfer Pricing experience from an accountancy practice environment and are looking to join a fast-paced deals environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation for clients
  • Conduct due diligence on clients' transfer pricing policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement business model optimization strategies for clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality client service

Requirements:

  • Strong Transfer Pricing experience from an accountancy practice environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deals environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
