Your New Role
The position of Sales Administrator encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Processing sales orders with precision and ensuring timely communication with customers.
  • Updating and maintaining sales reports.
  • Managing documentation for service and repair returns or replacements.
  • Overseeing loan orders and keeping the loan stock database current.
  • Generating quotations and pro forma invoices.
  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Distributing inquiries from various sources, including the company website and marketing initiatives.
  • Routing inquiries to the appropriate distributor, salesperson, or product specialist.
  • Providing administrative assistance to the Sales Operations Manager and Sales Representatives.
  • Maintaining and updating records for customers and distributors.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
  • Reviewing and updating relevant work instructions within the Quality Management System.
  • Administering the CRM system - Salesforce.
  • Preparing necessary documents for distributors.
  • Offering support during the absence of the Export/Import Coordinator.
  • Performing additional duties as required to assist colleagues in achieving business objectives.
What You'll Need to Succeed

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Sales Administrator or in a comparable sales support role, with knowledge of international trade and export/import documentation. Experience in customer-facing positions is essential.

We seek a proactive individual who demonstrates initiative and possesses a keen attention to detail.

This role demands adaptability to meet the fast-paced nature of the environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM and ERP software is required.

The organization values a personable individual who can foster strong relationships with both customers and colleagues.

What You'll Receive in Return
