Job Overview

We are excited to present a new opportunity within the Client Account Services Team.

As a Senior Associate in Client Account Services - Onboarding Project Management, you will take charge of the governance, oversight, and reporting across multiple functional areas to ensure uniformity and timely delivery of programs in support of the largest outsourced Investment Middle Office Services (IMOS) onboarding in the industry.

The CAS IMOS team is dedicated to managing our global and regional clients on the IMOS platform, facilitating comprehensive client account onboarding and maintenance while also spearheading technological and industry solutions in response to evolving business landscapes and client requirements. This team is pivotal in managing external client relationships and collaborating with internal stakeholders across product development, operations, and technology to fulfill client business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and maintain internal milestone plans, risk logs, and governance reporting.
  • Consolidate and present team reports to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with senior internal and external stakeholders effectively.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Play an active role in shaping and executing the future target operating model.
  • Coordinate with clients to evaluate new requests, manage future pipelines, and address inquiries to facilitate successful account setup and onboarding.
  • Act as a key liaison among functional teams (Client Services, Operations, Technology, Change Management).
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the IMOS end-to-end process and communicate it clearly.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Proven experience in structuring and managing projects, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to cultivate strong, cohesive partnerships with clients, product development, operations, technology, and other essential stakeholders.
  • Capacity to prioritize and execute multiple deliverables while adapting to changing workflows with appropriate escalation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to identify and logically analyze complex challenges to achieve organizational goals, while effectively navigating a matrix organization.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to challenge and enhance current operating practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in creating and delivering presentations to senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience or knowledge of Middle Office functions.
  • Background in business improvement and optimization of operational practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile, PRINCE2, Lean Six Sigma, or other relevant Project or Change Management qualifications or experience.
