- Financial Management: Manage the location's budget and service charge accounts, ensuring that residents' homes are well-maintained and repairs are completed to a high standard.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the location is safe and that all health and safety checks and risk assessments are carried out in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Community Engagement: Connect with residents, encouraging them to participate in social events and activities, and promoting a sense of community and inclusion.
- Previous experience in housing or care, preferably with vulnerable client groups.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and work independently.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
