About the Role

Premier Recruitment Group is proud to partner with a leading healthcare organization in the UK to recruit a highly skilled Tender Manager Social Care. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work with a reputable company in the field of mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.

The successful candidate will have the flexibility to work from home with occasional travel required for internal meetings. This role is ideal for individuals who can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the organization's operations to win and retain local authority and CCG/ICB health and social care contracts.
  • Develop and manage tenders for inpatient and rehabilitation services, care homes, supported living, day services, and other subsidiary areas of the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tenders are completed to a high standard within a project managed framework.
  • Provide leadership and direction to ensure the successful delivery of tenders and contracts.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will have the ability to motivate and direct others, work collaboratively with all departments, and ensure tenders are completed to a high standard.

The successful candidate will be able to travel to our head office base in Potters Bar and other locations as required.
