About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Area Security Officer to join our team in Galashiels. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our premises and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to staff and visitors
  2. Control access to the building and ensure that security protocols are being adhered to
  3. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to identify and mitigate potential security risks
  4. Respond to disturbances and security incidents in a professional and effective manner
  5. Provide first aid and incident reporting as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will also need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on providing a high level of service to our staff and visitors.
