Job Overview

Oversee, coordinate, and enhance the delivery of food and beverage services in accordance with established standards.

  • Lead, mentor, and support the assigned team to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Supervise the customer service team, ensuring staffing schedules and requirements are met.
  • Conduct training sessions for all customer service personnel.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, guest service, hygiene, and cleanliness across all service areas to achieve guest satisfaction.
  • Engage with customer service team members to ensure they are integral to the operation.
  • Ensure adherence to Health and Safety and Food Safety regulations.
  • Continuously seek to add value to the contract through innovative approaches and proactive measures.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to enhance the customer experience.
  • Address any employee relations matters within the team.
  • Take ownership of your responsibilities, support your team, and celebrate collective achievements.
