As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen facilities and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and maintain kitchen and service areas to the highest standards
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
- Supervise and coordinate the work of kitchen staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Operate heavy equipment and machinery safely and effectively
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
- Collaborate with the catering team to plan and implement menus and special events
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in a catering or hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle
