Job Title: Payroll Customer Service Assistant

Join Tata Consultancy Services as a Payroll Customer Service Assistant and be part of a dynamic team that delivers exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role:

This is a fixed-term contract position for 6 months, where you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients. As a Payroll Customer Service Assistant, you will be the single point of contact for incoming inquiries from employees, managers, or customer HR representatives.

You will be responsible for delivering efficient and effective services in line with our statement of service, business operating blueprint, and customer success standards. This includes case creation, information request, data entry, reports, and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • First-line support for Payroll, HR Administration, and associated written and verbal queries
  • Query management of inbound and outbound telephone and other communication channels through case management tools
  • Participation in Payroll processing whenever applicable and necessary
  • Quality checks and reporting
Requirements:
  • A good knowledge of payroll processing and UK legislation, including Channel Islands
  • Expert knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge on ITrent or any payroll ERP payroll processing tasks and navigation
  • Customer Service, telephony, and case management experience
  • Quality assurance standards and delivering a great customer experience
