Our IT&S Team

We are a dynamic team of IT professionals who work closely with our suppliers to deliver cutting-edge IT systems and resolve any technical issues that may arise. Our team provides support for a range of services, including business systems, desktop systems, new projects, and network and telephone systems.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Support Analyst to join our End User Computing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the team and contribute to our culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to RNLI staff and volunteers throughout the UK and Ireland
  • Work closely with the IT&S team to deliver IT systems and resolve technical issues
  • Contribute to the development of new projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure seamless IT operations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent technical skills, a strong understanding of IT systems, and excellent communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a team environment and be able to adapt to changing priorities.
