Marston Holdings Limited is actively looking for a Surveillance Technician to become a vital part of our organization on a full-time, permanent basis. Our company encompasses a variety of divisions, each focusing on distinct aspects of our operations.

In the role of Surveillance Technician, you will collaborate closely with law enforcement entities to promote public safety. Your duties will involve overseeing live surveillance feeds, guiding Officers to incidents, and ensuring the preservation of evidence.

Primary Duties:

  • Detect and report unusual activities
  • Operate surveillance equipment to capture clear images
  • Draft reports and provide witness statements
  • Appear in court to present evidence derived from surveillance footage
  • Coordinate with both external and internal organizations
  • Manage Traffic Enforcement Control Room and Community Safety Control Room

Qualifications:

  • Valid UK driving license
  • Proficient report writing abilities
  • Capability to work flexible hours
  • Effectively handle high-pressure scenarios
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Willingness to work 24/7 shift patterns, including weekends and holidays
