Lead Change Management & Enablement Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management & Enablement Lead to spearhead the successful adoption and utilisation of new technologies and processes across our global organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement the overarching change management and enablement strategy for new technology and process rollouts, aligning with business objectives and driving user adoption.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership, IT, business units, and end-users.
  • Lead the design and execution of comprehensive needs analysis, including use case workshops and user surveys, to gather insights and measure adoption progress.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and effective training materials (e.g., presentations, guides, videos) in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Ensure the successful delivery of training programs, adapting content to different audiences and learning styles.
  • Provide regular progress updates, manage risks and issues, and ensure effective communication across the organization.
  • Work alongside a Programme Manager to maintain governance structures, including documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience: extensive years of experience in a Change Management, Enablement Lead, or similar role, with a proven track record of leading successful technology adoption initiatives.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into actionable enablement plans.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and influence stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and fostering collaboration.
  • Experience with either Commerce, omnichannel, AI or large-scale digital transformations.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs.
