Key Responsibilities:

* Develop new and unique ideas that push the client\u2019s brands forward
* Provide effective creative solutions in TTL comms across a range of channels
* Work independently and collaboratively within the team and across the wider organization
* Build presentations and sell your work to senior stakeholders
* Help guide production, shoots, and post-production
* Support the Creative Directors of Advertising and the Senior Leadership team
* Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to the Masterbrand values

Requirements:

* A history of creating outstanding advertising and ATL and TTL campaigns
* Strong Copywriting and/or Art Direction skills
* Experience working in the Irish Market on big brand campaigns
* Proven experience across multiple brands
* Strong conceptual and ideation skills, a flair for execution, and an eye for detail
* A positive attitude and a love of problem-solving
* A good knowledge of production, shoots, and post-production
* Experienced at presenting at senior level
* Ability to collaborate and work with wider departments and 3rd parties
* A love of TV and technology
