**ROLE OVERVIEW**

We’re hiring for an Advertising Senior Creative to join our amazing Transport Team.

Beavertown is looking for an experienced Advertising Senior Creative. You will develop and execute the Advertising creative for our ATL and BTL campaigns.

You’ll collaborate with our existing Creative team, and Producer to ensure quality, alignment and timely delivery of assets and campaigns.

Working closely with our Creative Director, Marketing Director and Head Of Brand Marketing you will be the go-to-person to craft and deliver concepts as advertising treatments to be used across Media channels.

You have a background in the design and development of advertising creative - either from agency side or in-house. You are well versed in turning an idea into an advertising concept, and our familiar with the success factors for each Media channels.

You have a passion for creativity and ideas that challenge and differentiate Brands.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **Creative Thinking - **We like creativity that connects with people and breaks market norms. From big ideas to a simple impactful one, you’re all over it. You can reference wider Culture to support your thinking and pull from strategic insights, to help you create outstanding work.
- **Creative Execution -** You develop and produce effective advertising campaigns, that communicate the magic of the Brand and deliver against the Campaign goals. You have done this across multiple ATL and BTL channels.
- **Advertising -** You know what makes a great piece of Advertising. You’ve done it and love taking Briefs and thinking about the best possible Execution for a Campaign and Media channels.
- **Creative Love - **You are a passionate advocate of bold and market defining Creative. You want to make great work and pride yourself on the output. You recognise and nurture brilliant creativity, which connects and means something to people.
- **Team - **You’ll lead and support across multiple Creative projects. You will work alongside other Creative roles, including our Creative Director and the wider Marketing team.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
- Proven track record of delivery creative campaigns across multiple Media channels. Strong creative pedigree and ability to showcase an impressive portfolio of work.
- Your creativity is bold and delivers clear Advertising communication, ultimately delivering against Business/Brand Objectives and goals.
- Pushing and developing the brand’s creative equity in the advertising space.
- Working with the Creative Production Manager to ensure delivery of all brand campaigns.
- Excellent knowledge of advertising theory and creative practice.
- 5+ years’ experience in the creative/advertising industry.
