Bolton Associates is currently seeking a motivated Junior Exposure Analyst specializing in Catastrophe Modelling. This role focuses on engaging with multi-line Direct & Facultative and Treaty business.

The selected candidate will collaborate within a dedicated team, assisting in the analysis of model outputs and interpretations, providing insights to Underwriters and Management regarding any discrepancies, generating comprehensive Underwriting reports to monitor exposure and model results, and playing a key role in the RDS submissions.

This opportunity is well-suited for recent graduates with a foundation in Mathematical or Scientific disciplines, as well as individuals with previous experience in the Lloyd's market or familiarity with model vendors aiming to deepen their knowledge in a Syndicate environment.

Essential qualifications include strong communication abilities, advanced proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. This position presents outstanding prospects for professional growth and competitive benefits.
