Ecommerce Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Duval Associates. As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online presence and sales across various e-retailers, including Amazon and Wayfair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimise sales and revenue growth across our online channels.
  • Provide expert knowledge and guidance on best practices in ecommerce, including PPC, SEO, and Google Analytics.
  • Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth.
  • Analyse website data to inform business decisions and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with our web development team to ensure our online presence is optimised for sales and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Commercially aware and ambitious with strong sales analysis and reporting experience.
  • Experience working in a similar role within ecommerce, with a strong understanding of B2C retail and website management.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
  • Good knowledge of PPC, SEO, AdWords, Google Analytics, and overall Google brand development.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and under tight timeframes.
