Ecommerce Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Account Manager to join our team at Duval Associates. As an Ecommerce Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing our online presence and sales through various e-retailers, including Amazon and Wayfair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales through Amazon and other e-retailers, ensuring maximum revenue opportunities.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize online sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with web developers and tech personnel to analyze website data and improve listing portfolio and organic search traffic.
  • Identify products performing well or poorly, analyze customer buying patterns, and optimize marketing campaigns to attract new customers.
  • Assist the Director of Sales in maximizing sales for key trade activities, such as Black Friday and holiday promotions.
  • Relentlessly identify new ways to drive growth to key e-tailers' websites while protecting our brand online.
  • Communicate findings to Senior Management through visualizations and reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency when processing it for analysis.

Requirements:

  • Commercially aware, ambitious, data savvy with strong sales analysis and reporting experience.
  • B2C retail and website management experience is essential.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills are crucial.
  • Good knowledge of PPC, SEO, AdWords, Google Analytics, and overall Google brand development.
  • Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and under tight timeframes.
