About the Role

The Menu Partners is a dynamic food business expanding rapidly across the UK, supplying hotels, pubs, and restaurants with a diverse range of products. As a Category Product Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting the procurement team and driving customer satisfaction across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage supplier contact documentation and central supply agreements to ensure compliance with internal accounting policies.
  • Ensure product data is accurate and complete, meeting business needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers to collect and collate product information.
  • Manage the onboarding of new products and delisting of products.
  • Communicate new product lines within the wider business.
  • Manage the sample process and produce regular reports detailing product and range information.
  • Provide regular updates to the Head of Procurement on progress, opportunities, and roadblocks.
Requirements
  • Experience in buying, procurement, or pricing processes within a commercial setting, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong data/information process knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the business.
  • Project management capability.
  • Ability to work at pace and deliver effective reports.
  • Self-starter with problem-solving skills.
  • Competent user of common IT applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working Hours

40 hours per week.
