About the Role:

Tesco Partners is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to join our team as a Duty Pharmacy Manager. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and providing leadership to our pharmacy staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the pharmacy team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to pharmacy staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy degree and registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in a pharmacy leadership role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
