About the Role

As a Duty Pharmacy Manager at Tesco, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our customers and colleagues. You will be responsible for leading and developing our pharmacy team, providing top-notch services to customers, and fostering a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise and support pharmacists and pharmacy technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
  2. Manage the pharmacy team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the pharmacy.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  5. Ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.

Requirements

  1. A Pharmacy Degree.
  2. Membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) and willingness to join the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
  3. Completion of a DBS check before employment.
