Key Responsibilities:
As a Field Service Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting the service team and our clients, showcasing exceptional organizational abilities and effective communication across all levels.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Ensuring quality and safe operational practices for all site activities.
  • Collaborating with service planning to optimize the productivity of service technicians and external service providers.
  • Managing the order book with effective coordination and planning.
  • Working alongside contractors and third-party vendors.
  • Assisting service sales with on-site travel logistics, technician needs, and urgent service requests.
  • Forecasting service work sales figures and ensuring the accuracy of the CRM database.
  • Participating in the rollout of the New Field Service Tool and Mobile Application.
  • Guaranteeing high-quality service execution and the timely creation of service reports.

Performance Metrics:
This role is driven by targets and requires strong leadership capabilities.

Technical Proficiency:
High-level IT skills are essential, particularly in:
  • Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM.
