Family Support Worker

Job Summary:
CRA GROUP LIMITED is seeking a skilled Adolescent Youth Support Specialist to join our team in delivering innovative services to young people and their families. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our team to provide strength-based interventions and support to families in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to young people and their families, promoting positive outcomes and resilience.
- Work collaboratively with the team to provide a rapid response to children and families in crisis, addressing and overcoming difficulties that may lead to family breakdown.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with young people, carers, and other stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination of services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the needs of each young person and their family.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience of working with adolescents who present with challenging behavior, with a strong understanding of the complexities of adolescent development.
- Proven experience of working with carers and as part of a wider team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to young people and their families.
- Enhanced Child and Adult DBS clearance, with a valid driving license and access to a car.
