Your Responsibilities:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role within our committed team. You will collaborate with experienced colleagues to cultivate a nurturing and enriching environment for children. Your duties will encompass engaging in age-appropriate activities, assisting during mealtimes, supporting children's personal care needs, and maintaining a positive and inclusive setting for all.

Key Duties Include:

  • Design and implement engaging activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Observe and assess children's development, documenting their progress and milestones.
  • Build positive relationships with children and parents, ensuring effective communication.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic environment for children at all times.
  • Support children's emotional well-being, providing comfort and encouragement as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to create a creative and stimulating learning atmosphere.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Possess a minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or an equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in a nursery or childcare environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the EYFS curriculum and its application in a nursery context.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children and contributing to their growth.

Working Schedule:

This is a full-time role, operating Monday to Friday, with hours from 8 am to 6 pm. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance and provide a supportive work environment.
