Position Overview:
Are you a skilled or certified Early Years Educator seeking a temporary to permanent opportunity?

About Us:
MILK Education is collaborating with a local educational institution to find a Level 2 Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Nursery Educator. This role involves working with children aged 0-2 years and 2-4 years. After a 12-week temporary period, there is potential for a permanent contract.

Working Hours:
The position is available Monday to Friday, with hours to be discussed.

Key Responsibilities:
As an Early Years Educator, your duties will include:
  • Providing engaging and high-quality activities tailored to the unique needs and interests of each child.
  • Monitoring, evaluating, and documenting children's growth and development in accordance with the EYFS framework.
  • Encouraging social and emotional development while fostering positive behavior among children.
  • Adhering to EYFS policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of both children and staff.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in roles such as Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Early Years Educator, Nanny, or Childminder is essential.
