Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Consultant to join our team at Net-Worx (2001) Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional training to schools across the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Design and deliver comprehensive online training sessions on the iSAMS Management Information System (MIS) to new schools, ensuring they are equipped to configure and set up the system effectively.
  • Training Programmes: Collaborate with our implementation team to create bespoke training plans that cater to each school's unique requirements, ensuring a tailored approach to meet their needs.
  • Training Materials: Develop and refine training courses and materials, including podcasts, to ensure they are up-to-date and effective in supporting our clients' success.
  • Training Enhancement: Continuously improve the quality of training content and delivery based on feedback from clients, ensuring our training remains relevant and impactful.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about product developments and new features, and effectively communicate these to our client schools, promoting their adoption and utilization.
  • Client Support: Work closely with Customer Account Managers to support existing schools in maximizing their use of the iSAMS MIS, providing guidance and expertise as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: Significant experience delivering training on complex software or relevant teaching qualifications.
  • Language Skills: Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not essential.
  • Sector Knowledge: Essential experience in the Education or IT sector, with customer service experience being a bonus.
  • IT Skills: Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Excel, Forms, and Power Automate.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Relationship Building: Confident and capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Organisation: Able to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities with strong organisational skills.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive, positive, and skilled in problem-solving, with a natural ability to think critically.
  • Self-Motivation: A natural self-starter who is highly motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of initiative.
  • Encouragement: Ability to be persuasive, encouraging, and motivating, with a passion for helping others achieve their goals.
