Lead Care Support Specialist - Excelcare Holdings
We are looking for a nurturing and committed Lead Care Support Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Excelcare Holdings. As a member of our family-oriented care group, you will assist in delivering physical, emotional, and social assistance to elderly individuals with diverse requirements.
- Compensation: £13.00 per hour
- Work Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week
- Shift Patterns: Day or night shifts, including alternating weekends
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide and collaborate with Care Support Assistants
- Work closely with the Home Manager and fellow team members
- Facilitate activities and encourage independence
- Develop care plans and conduct assessments
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a Care Support role
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care is preferred
- Experience in nursing or care settings
- Familiarity with CQC regulations
- Passion for working with individuals with dementia
