Senior IT Account Manager

Chapman Tate Associates is seeking a seasoned Senior IT Account Manager to join our team. As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with our Solutions Consultants, Account Managers, and Sales representatives to identify growth opportunities with existing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue performance and growth through KPI delivery
  • Support the Sales Director in executing the strategic growth plan across our portfolio of clients
  • Develop strong partnerships with clients by demonstrating a detailed understanding of their business, brand, industry, and how our services should be applied to bring their commercial ambitions to life
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and resolve service issues promptly
  • Actively promote our values and contribute to the growth and health of the team and the business

Requirements:

  • Experience working with IT Services providers, VARs, or MSPs
  • Knowledge and understanding of cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure solutions, including Microsoft Azure and Office 365
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a hybrid/flexible environment
