Project Manager - Water Sector

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects within the Thames Water framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading project teams to deliver water infrastructure projects within the Thames Water region.
  • Managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to execution and completion.
  • Developing and managing delivery cost forecasts, ensuring projects stay within budget constraints.
  • Overseeing NEC contract delivery, ensuring compliance with all contractual requirements and industry standards.
  • Collaborating closely with engineers, designers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitoring project progress, addressing any issues that arise, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Providing clear and effective communication to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project objectives and timelines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within the water or construction industry, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.
  • Expertise in NEC contract management and a thorough understanding of NEC frameworks.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage delivery cost forecasts.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on achieving project objectives while maintaining financial control.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field.
