The ideal candidate will have experience in overseeing sub-contractors, responsible for procurement of schemes, and working on multiple projects within Central London at once. The role requires SMSTS certification and the ability to report into a Construction Director. The successful candidate will also have experience in liaising with design teams and appointing sub-contractors. The company is looking for someone who can work alongside a Mechanical P and contribute to the company's ambitious target to triple their turnover within the next 4 years. The salary for this role is around £2,500,000. The business has a potential option to join on a permanent basis within months. The Electrical Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the electrical aspects of commercial fit-out schemes, working closely with the design team to ensure that the electrical systems are installed correctly and efficiently. The role will also involve managing sub-contractors and ensuring that they are working to the required standards. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.
