Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Specialist at First Choice Staff. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of shipments in accordance with compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming and outgoing shipments in line with compliance procedures.
  • Scan and process shipments in accordance with GSDP checkpoint REF guide.
  • Perform manual lifting of shipments as required.
  • Ensure the warehouse is left in a clean and tidy condition after each shift.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the correct functioning of the Service Centre.
  • Utilize a computer system to perform duties.
  • Ensure all incoming and outgoing parcels are processed quickly and efficiently with high levels of precision, meeting all areas of process quality and compliance within agreed timeframes.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Able to work to strict deadlines.
  • Able to perform physical requirements of the role.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
