Opportunity to Run a Marston's Pub in Hinckley

We are seeking a skilled publican or retail manager with food experience to run the Flintlock in Hinckley on our Partnership Agreement.

The Flintlock is a two-room pub with one side for dining and the second room for the bar. It has a large carpark, beer garden, and a grassed area for outdoor use during summer months. The site currently trades around £17,000 per week with an 80/20 wet-led split.

We are looking for a licensee who can build strong links within the local community and drive sales to reach the pub's full potential.

What's in it for you?
  • A guaranteed annual retained sum of £25k, released weekly.
  • 22% share of weekly sales, excluding VAT.
  • Low ingoing costs, starting with just a £5,000 deposit and £360 legal cost.
  • Accommodation included with most bills covered, except council tax & TV License.
