Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Team Supervisor to join our team at AWD online. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-volume food and beverage operation, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise F&B Team Leaders and Assistants to ensure a high standard of service is provided to customers.
- Ensure food and beverages are serviced in an efficient manner, in a safe and clean environment.
- Work closely with Food & Beverage Managers and Outlet Managers to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage bookings and orders, respond to customer enquiries, and serve customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Keep preparation areas and seating areas clean and tidy, and ensure cleaning sheets are in operation throughout the shift.
- Support the Food and Beverage team in implementing promotional and merchandising plans.
- Account for cash, ensure sufficient change is available, floats are allocated to tills, and takings are banked at the end of the shift.
- Ensure the Outlet and stock are secured at the end of the shift.
- Comply with current legislation concerning health, safety, and fire, and ensure standards of personal hygiene, operational performance, and service quality are maintained within the outlet.
- Experience of managing a high-volume food and beverage operation.
- Experience of training and developing staff.
- Ability to demonstrate high standards of customer care.
- Food Hygiene Knowledge.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- IT Literate in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Experience of stock management.
- Flexible in working hours.
